To process your order and fulfil your print purchases, you provide me with certain information, which includes:

2. How I Use Your Data (Lawful Basis for Processing)

I rely on the lawful basis of Contractual Necessity to process your data. This means your personal information is kept strictly confidential and is only used to complete your transaction, including:

  • Processing, fulfilling, and shipping your limited edition prints or orders.

  • Sending order confirmations, invoices, and shipping updates.

  • Providing customer support related to your purchase.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

  • I do not sell your data: I will never sell your personal information for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes.

  • Transaction execution only: Your data is only shared with trusted third parties strictly necessary to fulfil your order. This includes shipping carriers (to deliver your items) and my payment processor, PayPal, to securely handle your transaction. Your payment details are processed directly by PayPal and are never stored or accessible by my website.

I only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with my services, fulfil your transaction, and comply with UK legal and tax obligations (such as HMRC record-keeping requirements for sales).

Return policy

Cancellations & Change of Mind:

Because each artwork is custom-printed to order specifically for you, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind or select the wrong size. Please double-check your print dimensions and selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If your print arrives damaged during transit or contains any production defects, I will arrange a free replacement to be shipped out to you immediately.

To request a replacement for a damaged order:

  • Contact me via email at photography.anacarvalho@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving your package.

  • Include your full name, order number, and clear photographs of the damaged print as well as the packaging in which it arrived.

Once received, I will fast-track a brand new replacement print to your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

Terms of service

Production & Processing Time:

All fine art prints are custom printed and produced on-demand through our studio printing partner, theprintspace. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and securely packaged before it ships.

Delivery Estimates:

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:

  • UK & Germany: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Rest of Europe (EU & Non-EU): 2 to 5 business days.

  • USA & Canada: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 3 to 7 business days.

Please note: International shipments outside of major printing hubs may occasionally be subject to local customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
